1) Catch the Miss

Your Twilio number forwards calls to your business line. If no one answers, we trigger a text within ~30 seconds.

First message: “Can we text details to help you book or get pricing? Reply YES to continue. STOP to opt out.”

We honor STOP/HELP automatically and respect quiet hours so you stay compliant.

Date, city, start time, event type, and guest count. Only missing fields are requested.

We reply with your approved price bands (no made-up numbers) and offer your calendar link.

They get your Calendly link for a 15-minute call or can request a written hold.

When they book, we text a confirmation and send you an email/Slack summary.

Conversations are logged for 30 days by default with export on request.

“Pay deposit now” links, review requests, ad traffic packs, and multi-channel inbox (email/DMs).

We also trigger from website forms and “Press 1 to get a text” IVR, so you’re not dependent on phone volume alone.
